1. Shampoo. Pour a small amount into palm, work into hands to create a creamy lather and massage thoroughly into hair. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if a good lather wasn't achieved in first cleanse.

2. Treat. Apply Hydrate Treatment generously to cleansed and towel-dried hair. Comb through and leave for 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
